Will Extensions Damage My Hair?
If properly maintained, hair extensions won't harm your natural hair; they just need to be secured in like any other hair clip.
How long will my Hair Extension last?
If you take proper care of them, including what products you use on them and how frequently you wear them, they can last anywhere from 3-6 months to a year or even more.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. PDT will be sent the same day. On weekends and holidays, orders are not processed.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Shipping time may be slightly longer during sales/ promotions/ holidays.
Across the United States, delivery would take between 4 to 7 days.
We are not liable for late shipments caused by holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or transportation delays of any kind.
Can I Return My Product?
All of our hair extensions are final sale because of the characteristics of our product and federal health requirements. Refunds for hair extension purchases are not available from us.
If you think you've received faulty goods, please get in touch with us ASAP. If the item shows ANY indication that it has been worn, we WILL NOT accept an exchange. The bundle of hair cannot be removed, chopped, fingered through, combed, rinsed, or brushed.
